Flannel Yoga's home base is at 4554 Broadway Suite 328. You will receive a door code for the building in your confirmation email. Then, you can head up the stairs or elevator to the third floor. 328 is down the hall to the right. If we're teaching at a special location like the lake, I'll let you know in the class description + confirmation email.

Please wear clothes you can move in. If you have a mat, feel free to bring it. We have mats and props that you can borrow at the studio. There is a bathroom on our floor but no locker rooms / showers.

Flannel Yoga shares a space with Bump in the Night Theatre. We tend to book the evenings with rehearsals, theatre classes, and readings. Keep an eye on our site / socials for evening yoga workshops.

Flannel Yoga is on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The space has no mirrors. Online and on-demand classes can be captioned. We have plenty of blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters for you to borrow, and I always instruct multiple possibilities for each shape. If you have any specific access requests, please reach out.

We offer lots of pricing options to accommodate as many people as possible. Our drop-in rate is $20 per class, and you can use code "ACCESS" for half off if you identify as low-income. We also offer affordable online and on-demand classes.

We are a no-contract studio, and you can cancel your membership at any time. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for missed or cancelled classes.
